Creamy Zucchini Noodle Pasta
Healthy and delicious Creamy Zucchini Noodles Pasta
Ingredients
- Veggie Pasta Maker
- Butter
- Heavy Whipping Cream
- McCormick Minced Garlic
- Grated Gruyere Cheese
- Morton Iodized Table Salt
- McCormick Ground Black Pepper
- Pompeian Robust Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Bacon
- Fresh Whole Zucchini
Directions
- Make your zucchini noodles using your veggie pasta maker. Rinse your noodles well. Heat a pan on medium high heat and add some oil and butter. Saute your your noodles for about 5 minutes while occasionally turning. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Take out and set aside. Cook some bacon on both sides for about 4 minutes. Take out and set aside.
- Add lots more butter to your pan, and a little flour. Mix well to create a roux, pour in some whipping cream, add some gruyere cheese and continue to mix well to create your alfredo sauce. Season to taste with garlic, salt, and pepper, toss in your zoodles, garnish with some chopped bacon and enjoy! #recipesbyvance
